Privacy policy

TMRW MADE LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17275374, operates Stream N Sleep and is the controller of your personal data. For anything about your data, email support@streamnsleep.com.

• Account data: your email, the name or channel you give us, and sign-in identifiers.
• Content: the videos, links and files you submit, and what we generate from them: transcripts, moment scores, captions and clips.
• Billing data: your plan and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data: log, security and performance data needed to run and protect the service.
• Messages: what you send us when you contact support.

• To provide the service (sign-in, processing your videos, delivering clips, billing): necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To keep it secure and working (fraud and abuse prevention, debugging, reliability): our legitimate interests.
• To tell you about the service (account, billing and important product emails): contract and legitimate interests. Marketing emails only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe in one click.
• To meet legal duties such as tax records and lawful requests.

Your footage is private to your account. We do not sell it, we do not publish it as testimonials or examples without your separate written agreement, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

Only with service providers that help us run Stream N Sleep, under contracts that limit them to our instructions: cloud hosting, our database, authentication and file storage provider (Supabase), AI model providers that process media solely to detect moments and edit clips, our payment provider, and email delivery. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Some providers process data outside the UK. When they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and equivalent safeguards to protect it.

We keep account data while your account is open. Uploaded videos and generated clips stay until you delete them or close your account; after closure they are removed within 30 days, apart from backups that cycle out shortly after. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Under UK GDPR, and EU GDPR where it applies, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@streamnsleep.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to fix things first.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to your projects is restricted to your account at the database level, and staff access is limited to what is needed to support you. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and protect your session. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Stream N Sleep is not for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact support@streamnsleep.com and we will delete it.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the studio before it applies.
