Terms of service

These terms form a contract between you and TMRW MADE LTD (“we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales under company number 17275374, for your use of Stream N Sleep, its website and studio (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for a business or client, you accept them on its behalf.

Stream N Sleep analyses video you submit and produces short clips: it transcribes, detects moments, reframes, captions, generates variations and ranks them. Features may change as the product develops. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account. Keep your login details secure and tell us at support@streamnsleep.com if you think your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity on your account.

The Free plan needs no payment card. Paid plans (Pro and Scale) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe, plus any applicable tax. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from your settings or by emailing support@streamnsleep.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription; by starting to use paid features straight away you agree that we may deduct the value of the service already provided from any refund.

We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and it applies from your next renewal.

You keep ownership of the videos you upload and the clips generated from them, to the extent you own or have licensed the source. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy and process that content only to provide and secure the service for you.

You confirm you have every right needed to upload and process your content, including the rights of people who appear in it and any music, footage, logos or broadcasts it contains. Clipping third-party streams, sports broadcasts or other creators' videos may require their permission.

We do not use your footage in our marketing without your separate, written agreement.

Do not use the service to upload or create illegal content, content that sexualises minors, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes, malware, or material that infringes anyone's rights. Do not try to break, reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service, or resell it without our agreement. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report illegal content where the law requires.

Scores, rankings and predictions are creative signals inside the product. They are not a promise of views, followers, revenue or platform distribution. You decide what to publish and you are responsible for complying with each platform's rules.

The service, its software, design, brand and mascot belong to TMRW MADE LTD. These terms give you the right to use the service, not ownership of it. Platform names such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Kick belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, or for indirect losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period or £100.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we must for legal reasons; where reasonable we will tell you first. On closure we delete your content as described in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the studio before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of your local mandatory laws and can bring claims in your local courts.
